Botox

Overworking facial mimic muscles result in dynamic wrinkles and make us look older than we actually are. It is troublesome to remove these wrinkles surgically.  Temporary, yet easily applicable, Botox substance is injected into the selected facial mimic muscles to bring a more attractive and younger look at least for four months.

It is applied particularly for the wrinkles between the eyebrows, forehead, around the eyes (also called goose foot) or to lift the outer edges of the eyebrows.

A twenty-minute application relaxes the muscles causing wrinkles for 4 to 6 months. Effects are visible in 4-10 days.

Because it is an easy and fast application not requiring recovery period, most of the people return back to their work and everyday life afterwards.

When applied by educated and experienced hands, it has quite a few side effects. It rarely causes headache or eyelid drooping, when applied on the wrong area. Slight erythema may rarely be observed in the injection area, which can easily be covered with make-up.

In addition to these, it can be applied for the upper lip and neck wrinkles. Moreover, Botox® is used for over-perspiration problem in the hands, feet and armpits, as well as for migraine treatment.
